Link2 offers affordable basic shared apartments in the heart of the city, near Central Station and just next to the school. Each apartment hosts 10 to 14 international students in single or twin rooms, sharing common areas. Rooms are compact and simple, but it’s a great way to enjoy city life.

Bedroom Features

You have the choice of 2 room types: single or twinshare. It is OK to book as an individual into a twin room (you will share with another student of the same gender). Please note that Link2’s availability of single rooms is limited and these rooms get booked very early. Room sizes vary but are typically:  Single room: 5.5-9m2  Twin room: 11-14m2.

The apartments are conveniently located on 783 George St. George St. is Sydney’s busiest street: students will enjoy shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs and entertainment options right on their doorstep. Also, being located so close to Central station, Sydney’s main bus and train hub, students will be able to access any part of Sydney and its surroundings very quickly.

The Link2 Apartments are located right next to the school, just 2 minutes’ walk.

Link2 applies strict booking, deposit, amendment and cancellation policies, including the following key points:

  • There is a minimum stay of 2 weeks. For stays of 2-4 weeks, an additional short-booking fee applies.
  • Link2 may only hold a bed for 48hrs before it is either confirmed or released for another student to book.
  • Link2 requires a deposit payment to confirm a booking.
  • Students will need to sign a residents’ agreement within a few days of booking and will need to provide their credit card details on it.
  • Once a booking is comfirmed, amendment and cancellation fees start applying, regardless of how far in advance the booking is made or how early the amendments or cancellations are made.
  • Minimum 4 weeks’ notice applies for early departures.
  • Additionally, a break of contract fee is charged for all cancellations and early departures (equivalent to 2 weeks rent).
  • A credit card imprint will be required when students move in as security. A charge of up to the equivalent of 4 weeks’ rent will only be made in cases of damage to the property.
